ICJ decided

ICJ decides 12 to 4 that Pedra Branca belongs to Singapore. Middle Rock belongs to Malaysia with 15 to 1. The South Ledge belongs to the state in which territorial waters it is located. We have to accept the deicison and move forward to tied-up our relationship with the neighbours.
[updated: 15:29 / 25 May 2008] I'm wondering, on the status of "Pulau Pisang" home to another light house? If i'm not wrong this island is far bigger than Pedra Branca and within the Johor water territory. Currently Singapore government are commanding the light house in this island for number of years. Shall we silent on this?

“Pulau Pisang” is just 20 kilometres away from Pontian, Johor. The circle show the light house currently command by Singapore government.

I think our gov should be prepare for future circumtances that Spore will demand this too.

Pedra Branca was the main island for claims/dispute where by another two was supplementary. We lost the major island but given sovereignty on supplementary claims. For me it's not a win-win situation.

Yes Wani, some said we didnt fight. When I see the map, really shock. Pedra Branca is very far from Singapore but then I do believe "fight" is not the way to resolve the matter. Govt decided to go to ICJ and now we have to accept the ICJ decision.
