My Condolence

15 years ago, Malaysian was shocked on Highland Tower Tragedy and many political statements were issued by the then political leaders but end of the day, the statement was just rhetoric. The development at the high land/hill slopes continues. The tragedy occurred again in “Bukit Antarabangsa” with huge soil movement and so far 4 bodies’ recovered and more than 5000 resident was ordered to evacuate their homes. Once more again, the political leaders were seen giving their statement but I’ really hope it’s not a rhetoric statement any more. While I hope the sincerity to enforce “no development at hill side” policy partially I do believe the buyer/consumer also must play their role. Don’t purchase any properties developed at the hill side. Boycott the properties at hill slopes even though you might be a multi millionaire and purchasing a properties at hill side is an endorsement to your wealthiness. Your decision will save your family members in future. My condolence to the family members who lost their loved one.
