Philippine Marines Ist Brigade on 4 June 2009 released photo shows Sri Lankan peace activist of the Non Violent Peaceforce, Umar Jaleel released on 3 June 2009 in Tipo-Tipo, on Basilan island. Umar Jaleel was kidnapped by Abu Sayyaf militants in the southern Philippines almost four months ago.
