3rd World War started since 911

Malaysia former foreign minister Syed Hamid Albar during his lecture at the International Conference on World War II said 3rd world war cannot be ruled out as it might be caused by non-state actors. Sir for your information 3rd WW started the day Al-Qaeda cadre attacks World Trade Center in New York city. The attacks was followed by the declaration of “war against terrorist and terrorism” by the then American president George Bush. While first two world war was conventional war where you can clearly identify & define the reason and whose in war zone but the 3rd WW will be the unconventional war where you only can define one party which is the state actor going after the non-state actor [unknown enemy]. This is the "New War" which will bring the world down since the state which is under the attacks of non-state fighters will go after any one suspected behind the non-state actors. For the strategist who believe the 3rd WW will be in a same method as the previous two then you are wrong since we already in war zone.
