Will CM Jeya Dictate Central GOI?

Tamil Nadu (TN) state general election is over and the result is known all over the world. The voting trend shows 2G scam and Tamil's issue in Sri Lanka was being among the important factor for the Dravida Munnetra Kazagham (DMK) & coalition unbelievable defeat. DMK was left behind as third runner while Congress performance is worst in TN Congress history (correct me if I'm wrong). TN new Chief Minister (CM) first statement called upon the central government for action against the Government of Sri Lanka (GOSL) President Mahinda Rajapaksa for alleged war crimes and genocide of Tamils is really a powerful statement which indicates the central government cannot prolong his friendly policy with GOSL any more in near future. One of the major question is will CM Jeya dictate Central Government of India to change foreign policy on Sri Lanka Issue?
