Two Women and a Man Detained in Connection with IS
The Star on Sunday, 23 November 2014 reported that Counter Terrorism Division arrested two women and a man on Friday under the Security Offences (Special Measures) Act (Sosma) after they were found active in "funding and recruitment" for the IS terrorist group.
Police said the three had been involved in terror activities since early of the year and were believed to have used FB to secure funds to send Malaysians to Syria. Police also said most likley the three also responsible for arranging meetings to coordinate travel arrangement at secret hideouts for those chosen to go to Syria.
