We Need Drone Policy

It was a surprise and unexpected way of attack through the use of drone technology. Two drones, each equipped with a kilogram of powerful explosives were used to assassinate Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. Yes, the attempted murder was failed but the technics have ushered in a foreboding new era of terrorism by flying drones. The incident shows, terrorists are highly adaptive and innovative. They will continue to research new ways of violence.

As of now there is no clear policy, as well as regulations on do's and don't on drones. The drones are sold in an open market and anyone can purchase it, as far as he is willing to pay the price. Thus, its very important for the government of the day to formalise the drone policy and bring it under the security control before any untoward incidents occur.
