Radovan Karadzic was in run for past 13 years but then how long he can hide him self? He was the architect for the ethnic cleansing in Sarajevo and executions of up to 10,000 muslims in Srebrenica during Bosnia's 1992-1995 war. A judge has ordered his transfer to the United Nations war crime tribunal in the The Hague, Netherlands to face genocide charges.
