911- Seven years past but Osama Bin Laden and his Al-Qaeda are still active. The rise of Taliban in Pakistan soil definitely will boost the morale of the followers and "war on terrorism" is a failure strategy. The war is not the answer to win the heart of followers. To counter terrorism we need the physcology strategy and root of terrorism must be identified. As far as we fail to win the heart of the people until then we will not be able to trace, Osama's location.
