North Korea Out Off Terror List

Bush administration took off North Korea (NK) from terror list. NK agreed with US demands to allow the nuclear expertise to audit the NK nuclear facilities and capabiliy to produce plutonium for nuclear bombs. While the removal might sound positive for NK and US diplomatic relationship, we shall not take it for granted because other country intelligence reported North Korea has re-started their nuclear producing capability.
