ISI ?

The Afghan Interior Ministry has hinted that Monday's attack that killed 41 people outside the Indian Embassy in the Afghan capital was carried out with help from Pakistan's intelligence service. A suicide bomber on Monday detonated the explosive at the Indian embassy entrance. Among the 41 dead were four Indians including defence attache and a diplomat. Source said, the neighbour, Indonesian embassy lost their 2 staff with diplomatic status. Pakistan Inter-Service-Intelligence helped created the Taliban militia and Pakistan was one of the few nations to support Taliban government in 1996 with diplomatic ties. India is a good friend of Afghan and at the same time Afghan relations with Pakistan, going from bad to worst for past few month due to the Taliban's attack from Pakistan soil. May be it's too early to put a blame on Pakistan ISI but if there is any evidence on the involvement of ISI in the attack directly or indirectly then Pakistan government must take the full responsibility.
