No Solution

[update: 18:00 / 27022009] Perak legislative Speaker V. Sivakumar has called for an emergency sitting of the state assembly on 3rd Mac 2009. Sivakumar is invoking the assembly’s standing orders 8 and 11 to call for the emergency sitting. The two standing orders give him the powers to call for an emergency sitting of the assembly. Most probably the state rulling party will be voted out of the power. Will the Federal Government interfere and declare the emergency in state and took over the state administration???
[update: 23:46 / 18022009] Perak Speaker V.Sivakumar has barred MB Zambry from attending all State Assembly sittings for 18 months and his 6 EXCO members for 12 months. May be next strategy is "Vote of No Confidence" since BN have no numbers in State Assembly any more.
[update: 11:55/14022009] Selangor State Speaker said Perak's constitution makes no provisions for the removal of its legislative assembly speaker and "NO" clause to legitimise "Vote of No Confidence" against the Speaker. There is only three ways to replace the existing Speaker; i) ceases to be a member of the Perak Legislative Assembly; ii) disqualified from holding other office; or iii) resigns on his own accord. Speaker empowered by State Constitution to bar YB's from State Assembly. If Y.B.Sivakumar stand firm on his decision, the "three defectors have resign from state assembly" then definitely he will bar them from attending the Assembly. So both parties will have equal number of seat. If Selangor Speaker words was legal then guess what will happen next....?
It’s happen in a blink of an eye. The Silver Perak now administered by new ruling party. Definitely many people were disappointed with the decision made either by His Majesty or three YB’s but what ever the decision made, it has become part of the Malaysian Political history. Some Perak-ian also was upset with the way the demonstrators re-act to the Sultan’s decision. So far I’m dare to say there is “No Solution” to bring peace in Perak and I believe this will continue until the next GE. I can't imagine the situation in Perak Assembly when they start their meeting later in April. My analysis on current crisis says, Perak must have their snap election in 6 month time. Now the most important matters for both parties are to concentrate in P59: Bukit Gantang By-Election. P59 was won by PAS candidate with 1,566 majorities unfortunately The Late Roslan Shaharum passed away due to the heart-attacks during the cycling hours. Who win this by-election will determine the future government not only for the state but for federal government too. Btw, Bukit Selambau YB also decided to step down from political arena – another By-Election.
