Poor Inventory Controls

United States Government Accountability Office report says Defence Department was unable to keep track tens of thousands of weapons supplied to security agencies in Afghanistan. No record was found for inventory controls for 36 percent or about 87,000 of 242,000 weapons. The weapons include assault rifles, machine guns, pistols, mortars and rocket-propelled grenade launchers. About 135,000 weapons donated by 21 countries to Afghan forces were not in record. No details on where all this weapon goes. The finding is really very shocking and most probably American soldiers were killed by the bullets bought from American tax payers’ money.
