IS Sending Home Its Foreign Fighters
Al-Monitor, Middle-East on-line newspaper reported that #ISIS are sending home it's Egyptian members to #Egypt with the special instruction to attack foreign installation in their country.

2. As predicted, eventually IS terrorists will return home and they will definitely carry back their radical ideologies. IS agents will be moving around silently to influence others with hope to gain ground to implement their radical version of Islam in the State.

7. While the Intelligence are working 24 hours, 7 days a week yet it may not be successful, if there are no proper networking between people and the intelligence community. Therefore, the security matters should be a collective responsibility between the State and its people.
